Every design in our marble collection can be personalised. All fifteen of them, without exception. That is not true of any other group of designs we make, and it is not an accident of stock either. It is the direct consequence of what marble is: a surface with movement in it and nothing competing for attention, which happens to be the perfect place to put a set of initials.
Most prints argue with lettering. A busy check swallows it, a bold motif crowds it, a high contrast graphic turns two letters into visual noise. Stone does the opposite. It has veining and depth and variation, and then it has quiet space, and the space is where your monogram goes.
Why stone reads as expensive
There is a reason marble has been the material of choice for anyone signalling permanence for the last few thousand years, and the reason is not just that it is hard to quarry. Marble looks unhurried. The veining is the record of something that happened over geological time, and the eye reads that slowness as value even when the surface in question is a printed phone case rather than a lobby floor in Milan.
The fashion industry worked this out years ago and has never really let it go. Marble turns up on nail bars and coffee tables and the front of expensive skincare, always doing the same job, which is to make whatever it covers seem more considered than it is. Our Marble Phone Cases collection takes that logic seriously, with fifteen stone studies that range from near white to almost black.
The classic, which is classic for a reason
If you want the version everybody recognises, start with our Marble White and Black Phone Case. Pale stone, charcoal veining, high contrast and utterly legible. This is Carrara logic applied to a phone, and it does the thing a great neutral should do, which is disappear into every outfit you own while still looking like a decision.
It is also the strongest canvas for lettering in the entire collection. Black initials on white stone is essentially a bookplate, or the corner of a very good piece of headed paper. Gold initials on the same background is something closer to a hotel key fob in a city you would like to be in. Same case, two completely different social registers, decided by a dropdown.
Brown marble, the shade doing the heavy lifting this year
Brown has staged one of the more convincing comebacks in recent fashion, moving from dowdy to the smartest neutral in the room in about two seasons. Chocolate, espresso, tobacco, caramel. It flatters gold jewellery, it makes cream look deliberate, and it is a relief after years of everything being grey.
Our Brown Marble Phone Case catches that moment exactly, with warm earth tones running through cream stone. Against a camel coat it is almost tonal. Against denim it warms the whole hand. Initials in cream or white sit beautifully on it, and this is the case we would point anyone towards who says they want something personalised but not showy.
Rose gold, for when subtlety is not the objective
Not everyone wants their phone case to whisper. Our Rose Gold Marble Phone Case runs metallic pink through pale stone, and it catches light in a way flat colour simply cannot. It is the marble for people who like a bit of shine, and it has been one of the most consistently popular designs we make since the day it launched.
There is a green in the collection too, for anyone who finds pink and gold too obvious. Our Marble Green Phone Case is malachite adjacent, deep and cool and slightly Art Deco, and it looks far more expensive than a phone case has any right to.
Putting your initials on stone
The personalisation itself takes about thirty seconds. Open the Personalise panel on the product page, type up to three characters, choose one of four lettering styles and one of eight colours, then size it from discreet to statement. The case updates as you type, on the phone model you have already selected, so what you approve on screen is what gets printed.
On marble specifically, we would make the case for restraint. Small lettering, positioned to sit in the calm part of the veining, in a colour pulled from the stone itself rather than fighting it. A monogram on marble is meant to work like the engraving inside a signet ring, which is to say most people will never notice it and you will know it is there every time you pick the phone up.
The full list of designs that accept lettering, marble and everything else, lives in our personalised phone cases collection. There is also a photo case if you would rather carry an image than initials, sold separately.
The practical part
A snap case is £35 and a tough case is £45, with the tough version adding a raised lip around the screen and camera plus a cushioned interior for the drops that actually happen. Personalisation is £4 on either, making it £39 and £49. Free UK delivery on all of it.
Use the Phone Model selector to pick your handset, anywhere from the iPhone X to the 18 Pro Max, and we print the case for you once you order. Nothing is sitting in a box waiting. Each one is made when it is bought, in London, one at a time.
