Q: What are your cases made from?

The Snap Case is premium flexible TPU, a slim single piece that clicks around your phone and stays pocketable, with raised edges and a raised camera lip to guard the screen and lens. The Tough Case adds a second layer: a hard polycarbonate outer shell over a TPU inner liner, so an impact is spread by the shell and absorbed by the liner. Your design is printed directly onto the case, so there is nothing to peel or wear off, and both work with wireless charging.

Q: How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free. European delivery is £4.95 and international delivery is £7.95. Please note that any customs charges on international orders are outside our control.

Q: What is your returns policy?

If you are not 100% happy, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. The exception is anything personalised: a case carrying your initials or your own photo is made to your design and cannot be resold, so it is non-returnable unless it arrives faulty. Yes. Our personalised photo case prints your own picture edge to edge, and most of our designs can carry your initials: open the Personalise panel on the product page to add them and see them on the case before you buy.

The snap case is £35 and the tough case is £45, whichever iPhone model you choose.
