- Use the original from your camera roll or Photos. A screenshot, or a copy saved from WhatsApp, Instagram or a web page, has already been shrunk and will print soft.
- Aim for 1000 pixels or more on the shortest side. Anything a modern phone takes is comfortably past that. Below 600 we cannot print it well enough to sell.
- Tall photos fit best. The case is much taller than it is wide, so a portrait photo fills it. A landscape one is centred and cropped in from the sides.
- Keep faces away from the edges. We print edge to edge and round the sides, so anything near the border wraps onto the edge of the case.
- Camera openings differ by model, so placement shifts a little between phones. The preview above shows the exact opening for the model you have chosen.
- Please avoid photos with text in them. We print edge to edge and around the sides, so wording near an edge can wrap round or be cut off.

Every KK London design comes in two case types, so you can choose how much protection you want.
Snap Case. A slim, single piece that clicks neatly around your phone to show off your design, while staying light and pocket-friendly. Made from premium flexible TPU with a raised camera lip and raised edges that help guard your screen and lens against everyday scratches and knocks.
Tough Case. Two layers instead of one. A hard polycarbonate outer shell takes the hit, and a flexible TPU inner liner cushions your phone against the shock. Noticeably more robust, for anyone who drops their phone more than they'd like to admit.

Your KK London case is built to last, but a little care goes a long way:
- Wipe with a damp microfibre cloth to remove dust and fingerprints
- For stubborn marks, add a small drop of mild washing up liquid
- Wipe away soap residue with a clean, damp cloth
- Allow to air dry completely before refitting
Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the print and material.
